I have seen thousands of Pokemon Custom cards for sale on eBay. Usually they are the custom metal gold cards. I also sell some of these but eBay has removed and restricted my account because they say it is "counterfeit". I clearly label them as custom cards. However why doesnt eBay restrict selling of all of these? Why am I being singled out? This is miscarriage of justice.

Stop listing em before you can never sell on eBay again.
As for the others they just have not been reported or caught yet...
See you still have some listed... Just a mater of time..........

While your listings were still up, other sellers who were restricted looked at your listings and asked "Why is he still allowed to sell them and why am I being singled out"?
This is miscarriage of justice.
You are misinformed about "justice". There is no law that requires eBay to treat you the same as other sellers. In fact, if you bothered to read the eBay user agreement, you gave them permission to end your listings or restrict your account at any time for any reason.

Explain why "custom" isn't counterfeit?
If your listings violate eBay policy, then what happened to you isn't a "miscarriage of justice"; that would apply to the other listings not being ended.

You only get so many strikes and then you are out.
Why would you risk leaving up listings you have been told by e-Bay violate TOS?
I did not report, nor would I. But many reading these boards potentially will.

I am just smiling at the 'miscarriage of justice'..........

I do see some problems...
One of which as was already pointed out, if you've been restricted you should pull the rest of those listings before things get even worse.
Next...
You'll want to define custom here, do you or someone else fabricate these?
Are they altered in any way?
And last but not least, the below images show inconsistency in condition...
So is it used, brand new, or near mint?
As things stand the way that listing comes off most certainly fits the bill of counterfeit item.

Hi, thanks for your response. The card condition listed vs brand new in description is because the card condition won't allow me to click "new." Do you ever have that issue?
The items are fabricated in China and are metallic as opposed to plastic. The design is also slightly altered with metallic design.
Thanks for your help.

If the cards are not officially licensed and/or made by Pokémon, they are counterfeit. Doesn’t matter if you put “custom” in the title…
Otherwise everyone would just sell “custom” Louis Vuitton, “custom” iPhones and “custom” Rolex watches…

Thanks for your response. I called eBay and asked them why did they restrict some of the custom cards and not others and they told me they didn't know why. They explained to me their is a separate team that looks through items for counterfeit or items that shouldn't be sold. I also asked customer service if they can alert this team to look at my listings to see if anything else should be taken down. They told me no and I would know if something shouldn't be listed if it gets removed.
That is where my frustration lies. I am not new to selling on eBay but new to selling custom cards. I literally saw thousands upon thousands of these being sold on eBay which is why I made the investment to obtain and list them. Now, my items are being restricted while others are not. I think the same rule should apply to everyone. That's all. Think about how many reprint Jordan/Shaq/Kobe rookies there are out there; thousands upon thousands on eBay. Why can these be sold?

Fake, fantasy, or forgery... This is the why of the take down....
Can not use a copyright name on such items.
Can not use the copyright name to even compare them to with out permitting from the rights owner.

Thanks for your response. I do think it is unethical to enforce some eBay rules to some people and not others.

Yours were reported; most likly by some one also selling such items.
If you see a listing that violates eBay rules use the report this item on the listing...
