We’re doing a research study on the eBay Community site, including the forums, discussions, seller news, and knowledge base/Q&A and we would like your confidential feedback. Your individual answers will not be tracked or linked to your selling ID or Community ID.

We are using these answers provided by you along with hundreds of other similar people to understanding how well the eBay Community is serving members today, and to learn where there is room for improvement in the eBay Community experience, for the future. seems much longer than 6-7 minutes. I spent 10 and it said I was only 19% finished.

Do I need to carve out a half hour block of time to take this survey? Is it really that long?

Yes, especially if you sell on other sites and read other forums.

It also sneakily asks similar questions in different parts of the survey

Two sets of questions?

1 for buyers, 1 for sellers.

why not just 1 for frequent posters?

Transparency would be more helpful, not a push/pull survey.

I finished mine earlier today (after having received a copy in email). Can we expect a summary report on your results from each question in the future?
