Thank you both! Aside from the fact that I could not for the life of me remember the "shiplabel" part, I don't ever recall having to add the "/create" part. As it was I had to completely log out, and even then still had to click on your links to get it to take me anywhere other than my regular PayPal account. I seemed to be stuck in limbo.
By the way @mcdougle4248, when I reached for a piece of scratch paper to make a note (of course next time I need to ship something I'll have to remember what I did with the note!) I coincidently grabbed a piece of paper that came with the last shipment of your ornaments. I saw you post about someone wanting to send you a can for a custom job and have that in the back of my mind too!
