@dalakishvil-1Did you look at your purchase history page to locate the tracking? It sounds like there was tracking showing proof of delivery. You may need to retrieve that information then call your local post office for assistance if you didn't receive the package.

Its pretty simple if the seller showed proof of delivery then nedd to go to post office. If seller didnt show proof you can get your money back. Best regards

Contact your post office to do a GPS location delivery scan.
It's possible the mail article may have been misdelivered.

eBay's policy is not really based on whether the item was received - it is based on what the tracking says about the item being received.
If the seller has tracking saying the item has been delivered, the case will generally be closed in favor of the seller. While that may not seem fair to you in this specific case, that policy does make sense - it is there to prevent buyers from simply lying and getting free items.
The postal service does make mistakes. Did you check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong house?

You don't say how big the package was. If it was too big for your mailbox. I have had missing package reports and in every case, it was found. Often, back at the post office, but in places where there is a manager's office, it was there. Sometimes, near the front door, just out of sight. Sometimes a family member got it and didn't bother to mention it. Then, there is always the possibility that someone saw the delivery and took it.
In any case, once the Post Office says it was delivered, the seller is off the hook.
