Pictures missing in listings

Anyone else expiereancing pictures missing in some listings. I have GTC renew every 30 days listings and there seems to be a 48 hour span of where all listings renewed durring those 48 hours and the pictures are missing in the listing. The picture shows up in search mode but then you click into the listing and the pictures are gone. Right now I search in my store items with 24-26 days left till they renew and those listings in that range are the ones missing the pictures. Anyone else have this issue. Please check your items with 24-26 days left till they renew, any items that you have that have been listed over 30 days, not newly listed this past week.

I called ebay and they say they are aware of it and they started working on it yesterday, but can you really trust them. Ever since the June 1st change over this site has been a nightmare to deal with, with all the glitches that keep happening. 

June week 1....top rated badge on some sellers with no free returns but others without

June week 2....guarenteed delivery missing on some newly listed items till you had to go quickly revise everything to fix that

June week 3...actually looked like things were looking up but long waits for customer service (over an hour) plenty of people dealing with glitches too huh...

June week 4...now pictures missing from renewed GTC items

Issue has been noticed and discussed in dozens of threads.  The technical glitch has been fixed, but I haven't seen any solution to the lost photos other than one has to go in and re-insert photos (or retake photos) ... I wouldn't count on eBay to somehow reinsert pictures.

Yes, many of us know about this happening, but there are no thanks to ebay for informing us about it.  I learned about it on this board or might never have noticed.

Ebay seems to have stopped the bleeding, but I'm not sure if ebay has or will find a way to reunite the photos with the listings, so I worked on Sunday to replace mine myself.  I posted asking for guidance as to whether ebay can fix this but never found any response.

yep on some of my listing the main photo is still there, all the other pictures are missing, guess i will have re-take these again...thanks eBay for all the extra work

Yes,  this glitch has got about 100 on my listing...i wonder if these pics are gone for good?

i have over 1000 listings,

i asked ebay the least they can do is search which listing has this error,

but i got a reply from them

LIKE U, we too have to go through each listing manually, after years on ebay, thousands spend every month on ebay fees, this is what we get, unacceptable.

we ask for some help with some listing violations, no help at all, when they make a mistake themselfs.. no help too, they just included ONE picture, the rest are gone,

sold a used item last week, noticed only one picture, send buyer more pics, and he decided to cancel, WHAT IF i didnt notice theres no extra pics and i get a item not as described? ebay going to reimburse u? dont think so.

MILLIONS of ebay sellers, just one glitch, and one email reply, sorry, thats all we get.

I found all of mine by looking at Selling Reminders and then clicking on the link provided for listings that didn't meet "Photo Recommendations".    Others posted a tool to use.

Yes, ebay could have done much more to warn and help sellers when this happened.  They did finally admit they could not retrieve these photos for us.

There is a tool here that can help find the ones with the missing photos and a way that you can perhaps recover some.......

Ebay came out with some kind of tool to find which listings were missing pictures, but I don't know where it is......
