Does anyone, besides me, hasve EBay 'lose' photos on Inventory, [again], and also on NEW Drafts? I lost thousands of photos in inventory, and am slowly getting them re-taken, but lately, maybe ther month of October, I am again losing Drafts that are all set up, and waiting for me to list them. What the h*ll is going on?

I think there is a limit on the number of drafts? How many do you have waiting?

What do you mean lost thousands of photos? Anybody that has digital photos knows to keep 2 or 3 copies on a external drive, USB drive or in the cloud.

To expect people to grow a business and be able to stash photos away from thousands of transactions ago is a bit far-fetched in my opinion. Seems it would be easy for ebay to keep the photos somewhere, themselves. However, photos get wiped out at an alarming, uncalculable rate for us. 🙂 🙂 🙂

Pffft. Combing though 20,000 pictures might sound like a gas to some.
I'd just rather re-take one thank you.
I would however love it if ebay lost all their crummy stock photos.

I must have over 10,000 pics but have them in easy to find folders with no more than 200 in each. I can find one in 30 seconds.

Oh, sure I have them, and I KNOW how to keep them, but try to find one or two of 3000! I have a back-up, and all the rest, but when one has a picture from 2016 or whenever, it is no fun looking for item when EBay is supposed to be keeping in is their [expensive] Seller Hub. I mean, if there is a time limit, say so. If there is a risk of loss, say so.

That is commendable if you are paying for Seller Hub, and do not mind wasting your time renewing your pics. But I ask you the same qwuestion: Does EBay lose your photos, and I mean lately, not that last fiasco which they issued an 'apology'?

I usually have around 100 saved drafts that I am working on at any given time. I have not experienced any lost photos after I have uploaded them and then saved the draft.
Here is some info on drafts

eBay lost most photos attached to inventory items / templates back in May. Are you saying that it has happened again?

About the same as taking another picture.

Plus 5-10 minutes digging out the item and staging the picture.

Sorry, I misread.....I thought you meant losing drafts in addition to pictures........
I can't think of a way to show the loss of pictures if it is erratic and try to get ebay to fix it.
Could you delay adding photos until the draft is ready to be uploaded?
