Hi all,

I am super frustrated because the photos I take are 3264 x 2448 pixels. But when I create my listings, the zoom feature does not work on my photos - even when they are unaltered.

Any suggestions?

You should see better sales with the zoom working. While buyers can use their computer capability to enlarge the pictures, zoom is best!

I so appreciate your help with the issue I've had with my photos...it has been driving me nuts! Thankfully, I think I figured it out.

What I’ve been doing:
After taking a set of photos for a listing, I then upload them to Google Photos. From there, I upload the photos to my listing via "import from web." Often, I edit the photos using eBay’s photo tools.

What I tried:
I downloaded some of my already-listed photos on my camera directly to my computer via USB cable, then added those photos to a new test listing. Sure enough, they are zoomable! I even cropped a few, and was still able to hover & zoom. Yeay!

Thanks again for helping me figure this out. Now I’m off to edit for awhile…

That is how I do mine. I download my photos to my computer. Then from my computer to my listings. I edit them if need be before I upload them to a listing. This is how I've always done it.
