I am trying to complete my listings, but I get an error every time I try to upload a photo on my laptop and iPad. On my iPad, I click to add a photo, but when I access my library, it only pulls up video options. On my laptop, it says error that it needs to be an mp4, mov, movie, or qt. I was having some (different) problems creating listings earlier, over and over. I signed out of eBay and back in .... worked like magic, I don't know why.
