Are you selling the photos or just using them to sell the physical book?

If you are putting pictures of a book in your eBay listing in order to allow a buyer to assess the condition, the publisher, the date or edition of publication, or to show a defect, that is generally considered to be "fair use" and copyright is not an issue.
If you are taking detailed pictures of every page that would provide a casual eBay user with the ability to read the book without obtaining it, that would be a copyright issue.
If it were an issue, hundreds of thousands of eBay sellers would have gotten in trouble by now 🙂

If you are asking in regards to the few books you have currently listed. They are fine, the pics are excellent, rare to see so many detailed ones. A lot of book listings have only one or two at best.
