Photo Loading Not Working

Same problem here.  Using desktop.

Same here - 1 or 2 load up and then the listing hangs up.

Everything was ok a short while ago.  I took the daily firefox update this morning, I will try and reboot and see if that fixes the issue.

so I just cleared out my cache cookies and browser history on my microsoft edge and that seemed to do the trick. Hopefully it works for everyone else as well. Give that a try.

I've been trying to upload photos since last night around 3pm EST and no luck. I tried again today and still get the green spinning thing. it stops at 19%. Someone recommended running the latest Windows 11 update...did not, nope didn't help. This is clearly an eBay issue if other users are having the same issue. Would be nice to get it working ASAP seeing as its a long weekend and part time sellers like myself would like to take advantage of the extra day to get more listings up for sale.

Also I went into my settings and selected site permissions. ebay should show up, select it and and allow camera permission. Mine was turned off I clicked it and chose always allow and that helped as well. just tested it and was now able to upload photos again. as well as doing the other stuff I did in previous comment.

Reboot and  the uploader still doesn't work in firefox - it just sits there dead in the water after photo #3 spinning.  

So I tried chrome and the 12 photos zipped right up.

on this computer the problem seems to be firefox, not ebay .

I can not get them to upload either.  Was in middle of listing something and only half the photos showed up.  Tried several times and still can not get them to upload.

all was ok in firefox Saturday and then it locks up, I will lose my listing work "Please wait for your photos to upload before continuing."

cleared cache, one photo loads then gets stuck.

I have all my settings set in firefox.

I'll try again in chrome...

Problems uploading with chrome on a PC . It's an Ebay issue lots of posts about this the past couple days .

This happens about every 6-12 months.. Same symptoms. Same multi-day fix time..  And I'll bet you a penny (since I'm not making any money because I can't list) that it's the same solution every time..  I remember working for an IT company once where the boss knew what the solution was in a similar situation but would make his new lower level employees work it out for themselves while the customer suffered..    I think eBay forgets that we are actually customers using their service.

Same problem. Started last night. Listed a few items now the photos wont load just getting the spinning circle. tried clear cache reboot different browsers. Same problem.  Still cant list this AM
