Phone number in listing

Some of my competitors list their phone number in their buy it now:

* In their ebay store banner

* In their listing, they put their phone number up in an image

* Or they flat out write their number in words: Call (One eight hundred) [redacted]

Is this a violation of site rules? Does eBay enforce this policy?

Yes this is a clear violation of the rules that were set forth last September.  EBAY created a rule but didn't have the staff or tools in place to enforce it.  If you report them, good luck on EBAY doing anything about it.
