Recently - maybe two months ago, I started getting notifications on my phone when items I sold were delivered. Today, I started getting notifications that items have been successfully entered into the mail stream (aka picked up by my mail lady). I used to only get notifications of offers and sales. Those are the only notifications I want to get. I tried adjusting my notifications but in order to turn off the delivered and “picked up” notifications, apparently I have to turn off sold notifications and offer notifications. That won’t work for me. Any ideas or is this just an update no one asked for?

This is driving me crazy as well! eBay please turn this setting off.

I'm still getting notification of just sales. Can you see if it works to just limit it to that?

I do not have sound associated with my notifications on the app. I am not disturbed by notifications. I check them when I want to check them.
I could live without any of the app notifications but prefer to view them when I wish to.
I run my business from Seller Hub on a desktop computer.

I have buying notifications on and auction updates, offer updates and order updates on. If I turn off order updates, I lose the shipped and delivered, but I also lose notifications of sales and offers. There doesn't seem to be an option for just sales and offers.

They seem to be daisy chained, then - how odd. I only have sales enabled and that seems to have worked so far. I get so many notifications from my other platforms that my phone is just too noisy.

I've seen others report this. Sellers shouldn't be receiving shipped/delivered notifications for all of their sales - those should be sent exclusively to buyers.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.
