E-Bay changed how they report/show user clicks/traffic and data. It is still slow though.
Are they a has-bean?
No - but they are definitely a "work-in-progress" at the moment. A true "hard hat" work zone.
Only time will tell if all these deliberate changes at one time will be worth it to Sellers and more importantly, to attract/retain Buyers.

No one knows. All you can do is compare your current sales with your older sales.
Or just ask yourself "Self, am I makiing enough profit to make the work of listing/selling worth it?"

seems alot of people are saying the same - clicks, watchers, sales - most seem to feel & Id agree we are in bad economic times & people are cutting back big time

This is nothing compared to the late 70's early 80's but it could become like then or even worse. All you can do is review your finances and hope you have a healthy rainy-day fund. If not you will be in for a rude awaking. Way to many spent all that money they got in the first two years of Covid and guess what, it is showing its ugly head again.

We have to stay positive and adapt to the new changes that ebay has lay out this year. if not a very bumpy road ahead.

Hmm talked to a purchase this morning: and they simple said they can not find what they are looking for on eBay, so they go elsewhere...

Last week I went to lunch with my Godson and his friend. My Godson asked me if I was still selling on Ebay. I replied yes and I was selling on other sites as well. His buddy replied with..."I heard a lot of people go on ebay so they can get free stuff and not have to pay." "It's all over social media." As much as I wanted to reach over and crack him one, I reminded him that people who did that can still wind up going to jail and many have been arrested. What a shame this is what has come to in the e-commerce world. Especially with the younger crowd. And it's getting worse. We see it hear every day. ☹️

The younger crowd learned from their elders. Think of all the lies and deceit that filled people's heads by an old-time conman.

"All that money"
Wasn't that much money for most folks

Unfortunately, it is not just "e-bay" that is thought of - many online retailers will cave to a Buyer. Except not every site allows a Buyer to have "endless" IDs and keep doing it over and over and over..........e-Bay really needs to tidy all these IDs that are not vetted well to begin with. (although I guess those who steal, would just find a different work-around. Just not as prevalent on other sites as it is here)

I do not think they are loosing users, the users are getting bled dry on gas prices, food, utility bills, rent, mortgage payment, huge increases in property tax because you know everything real estate wise is inflated 40 to 60 percent. Money bleeding mess, and no money left.

I guess you didn't look at the recent Q1 financials?
The active buyer number was down 13%.
Of course eBay is not the only marketplace that is seeing big drops in users and sales volume. Even Amazon while not down in total numbers has seen their growth rates fall dramatically.
Posh reported reasonable numbers but their are still in the early growth stage while eBay/Amazon are now mature businesses and at AMZ the only growth is with AWS.
etsy are doing ok but their growth is coming at the expense of profits, the more they sell the more money they lose.
