You are selling unique items that could take months to sell. You have to find that specific person. It is not a waste of time if you list and forget. Check once a day and get moving on with your life.

I think many items indexed to holidays and special days are going to take longer to sell, also, and that's part of your stock.  Just keep being consistent.
