Did I miss a paypal change? Just looked at my business bank statement from April and starting mid-April paypal starting deducting each individual amount of shipping charges directly from my bank account rather than having it come out of my paypal balance. Looked into paypal account thinking I had changed something by mistake and don't see where you can have charges come out of your paypal balance any longer, only bank account or credit card. Did they announce this and I missed it?

We have seen a few other seller mention this issue. You can check your default payment source for buying shipping labels. I do not know what kind of paypal account you have so I can not provide a direct link.
Once you are signed into paypal go to setting (top right area wheel graphic) then you want to look for auto payments and then look in the list for eBay shipping label which would show you what you have set as your default payment source for buying these labels.
Good Luck Selling!

Since the changes at Pay Pal, you have to update some information to continue to use your Pay Pal balance to pay for stuff.

oh my gosh. that has been my problem the last few times I printed shipping labels. cost was charged to my bank!!! I never ever agreed to that. I called both eBay and PayPal, no resolution, no help. Not only that but my shipping costs, first mail, have increased greatly if I use a padded envelope. I've been working eBay for many years. Don't like these changes. I'm looking into other selling sites, getting out of eBay.
But you may still run into Paypal.

goodluckselling has already answered your question, but I'll add that I have shipping labels and eBay fees charged to my credit card because I get cash back on all purchases. It's a good idea if you have the ability to set it up - it helps to offset unexpected expenses.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just went in and changed it to have shipping fees go to my credit card.
