Did I miss a paypal change? Just looked at my business bank statement
from April and starting mid-April paypal starting deducting each
individual amount of shipping charges directly from my bank account
rather than having it come out of my paypal bal...

It was a little rough getting registered on the site but will be worth
it if it gets the tracking info for me. Thanks again.
Thank you for your input. I talked to postmaster and he said they reuse
tracking numbers after 120 days. That's why they disappear. I think I'm
screwed. I should have made a copy of delivery confirmation when I saw
it and I didn't. That's my fault. O...
