Payouts keep bouncing back

Hi

Anybody else having trouble getting paid by eBay? Our payouts started bouncing back a month ago (Jan 10th) and after hours of support, where all the help we got was "call your bank", which ended in us changing our linked bank, the last attempt to get paid also bounced back. Seller help has been terrible, we are desperate now.
