I recently sold an item that the buyer messaged and said it was never recieved. i posted tracking info as soon as i sent it off and it says it was delivered. they opened a request to ebay and messaged me i replied and re updated tracking info, its been 5 days and my paypal funds have been on hold. i contacted paypal and they said its ebays hold. ive tried to look for the link to as ebay to step in and its not available. do i need the buyer to request ebay to step in or will ebay do it automatically?
