Payment dispute from buyer same day!

Hello,

Has anyone else had an issue with payment disputes? This  is my 1st one and the strange think is that the buyer bought an item from my store 14 March and the same day the buyer open the payment dispute with a reason: The buyer hasn't received their item yet.

I haven't ship the item yet because my policy is after one business day.

What i have to do?

Do i have to accept or challenge the dispute?

Is this a scam trick?

Don't know what the buyer is trying to pull off, but CANCEL the sale per buyer's request. Don't ship.

yes i did that, actually i accept dispute, the same ebay customer service advise me.

you can't cancel order because of the dispute, only accept it!

Contact ebay and let them know.

I would think they would close the case immediately.

I think it is a scammer. They just didn't completely understand the directions given to them by another scammer. I would cancel the order and refund the person.

Hey Rockstar - If you dont sell much with international shipping my suggestion is  - opt out - I did and dont miss it a bit !

     Have you tried contacting the buyer? Since you accepted the dispute do not ship the item. The buyer will get refunded. You may end up with a ding for not shipping the item but you should be able to have that removed. Add the buyer to your BBL.

HAHAHAHA, yea the buyer is likely one of the dumbest scammers. I’m sure after you accepted the dispute he thought “oooooh, I’m supposed to file the dispute AFTER the item shipped out”. I guess he was too impatient.

another payment dispute, what is happening with this?

I never had hear about it since a month now!

PAYMENT DISPUTE AFTER THREE AND HALF MONTH!!!!!!!!

Buyer bought something in December, i notice that tracking delivery was something i didn't understand.

I challenge this dispute but i lost.

I provide tracking shipping from the post document, plus official invoive and tracking route.

Please can somebody explain me the tracking route?

Item never return back.

FORGET TO MENTION

REASON FOR DISPUTE WAS THE BUYER DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE TRANSACTION!
