Past Information retention

Why is it I can go back years and see an item I purchased in lets say 2019. Complete with all the details of that purchase but, after 90 days I cant pull up detailed information on items I sold? Reason I ask is I filed a claim with USPS over an item they lost and am now having a difficult time getting them to act with integrity. Im on my final appeal and now the information related to the item in question is conveniently no longer available.

Yes only goes back like 2 years if I remember

There is a way to go to your account and request your data.
