Partial refund

Hi

i tried sending a partial refund to a buyer. It said successful, yet no email verification. No hold in my bank account. I’ve done it twice, I thought the first time it was unsuccessful, maybe I’m both times were. I can verify or find where the refund went through or didn’t go through.

Are you "Below Standard" rated??

if yes, you will unable to access the partial refund tool.

Ebay doesn't allow the "Below Standard" rating sellers to access the partial refund tool.

Oh, I have no idea. Where doni find my rating? I have 100% positive feedback, been a member since 2020.

If a refund was issued it would be shown on the order details page for that item.

Click 'view order details' next to the item in your orders page in Seller Hub.

yes, you can.

Here steps to issue a partial refund:

- Go to order page on seller hub

- Click on 'paid and shipped'

- Scroll to your order and click the drop down

- Send refund.
