A buyer filed a return request due to one of two items I sold him not working correctly. I approved the request and got a label through ebay. Since then he decided he would like a partial refund to save us both the trouble of return shipping. I told him I'd already bought the label but based on what I read it isn't actually charged unless it is used. Anyway, I cannot figure out how to do a partial refund in an amount that we have both agreed upon. I did a lot of searches for an answer and can't find good info. How do I go about doing so? I'm in managed payments of course.
