Paid for item and its not shipped

Paid for an item on August 4th and its from Poland. Estimated delivery is August 24th. tried messaging seller no response its not even shipped yet. I looked online and it said some sellers don't have tracking. So should I wait or just refund it?

I do not think you can get a refund for Item Not Received until after the estimated delivery date has passed.

It might have already been Saturday in Poland depending on when on Friday you purchased. What was the sellers handling time? 2 or 3 days is common, there have only been 2 business days since purchase.

Sellers handling time is 5 days. Can't be 100% sure if I'm getting the item unless I get the tracking info or I'll see if it shows up on the 24th.

Five business days handling would mean that the seller should ship the item by this Friday.  Don’t be stressed about a shooting date - just check back in a week.  Better yet, just wait for eBay status updates to be sent to you.
