FedEx delivery date earlier than ebay

So eBay says my package will arrive on August 17th but FedEx says the 16th. Which one should I believe? Just curious that's all.

Paid for item and its not shipped

Paid for an item on August 4th and its from Poland. Estimated delivery is August 24th. tried messaging seller no response its not even shipped yet. I looked online and it said some sellers don't have tracking. So should I wait or just refund it?
