Paid & Shipped page no longer shows feedback received.

What happened to the feedback received and reply option to the right of the item on the Paid & Shipped page?  The new awaiting feedback pages do not show if an item received feedback from the buyer, which is important as many sellers like me wait for buyer feedback first.  Am I missing something here?

Just curious:  If you always wait to give FB to your buyer til the buyer leaves it, and you have a buyer who always waits to leave FB til the seller leaves it, then what happens?

I notice a problem today also with feedback.

Under "Shipped & awaiting your feedback"....which I check every day.

I don't leave feedback for high end buyers first. I got feedback from one good buyer today...however, it still says I haven't received feedback from buyer in "Shipped & awaiting your feedback".

I am not sure now how accurate our feedback rating is.

Then nobody gets feedback.  Actually ebay is making so hard to leave feedback, many just stopped leaving it period.   Years ago you could just sort on the feedback column and have them all easily showing to review and quickly return feedback.  Recently you had to scroll the entire list, and now, feedback doesn't show at all unless you go back an forth between pages to see it and leave it.

That still is there...you just have to move the page to the left a little. Page appears to be too big to fit on a computer...so it is not showing received feedback....unless you move the page to the left...then it appears.

My problem is someone gave me feedback in the monthly section and yet it has not shown up yet in "Shipped & awaiting your feedback".

It doesn't shows as "feedback" any more. It's now showing as "engage buyer." It's way over on the right side of the all orders page:

Yes, that's it, somehow the page got wider and now needs to be scrolled horizontally.   Plus I don't see anywhere to adjust columns shown or column widths, which other pages sometimes have.

Mine is there.  I don't have any that I haven't left feedback for (mine is automatic at payment - Just a general "Thank you for your purchase")

The left symbol is feedback received - The right is feedback given.

When they look like the ones in my first screenshot, clicking on either of them will bring you to your feedback page, where you can respond/reply to feedback.

If you click on those symbols when they are still envelopes/pencils it will bring you to the leave feedback page.

@penguins_dont_fly  Did you have to scroll over to see it?  My view now requires me to horizontal scroll, while before it all fit on the page without scrolling, so something changed.

Can you use the control (-) function to make your screen smaller?

Zooming out works, but I have to go to the point I can barely read the screen.  Any other ideas, as this only started happening in the last couple of weeks.  I am using Firefox, so I'll try another browser to see if that makes a difference.

eBay make tweaks to the layout of that page. They (once again) made right and left margins wider with blank white space, then made the box with content (orders) narrower. You used to be able to scroll L>R and hide some of those margins, but that doesn't work anymore. Now the page won't scroll; it's fixed. Only the content window will scroll.

The content window is not a fixed width; it's dynamic. So if you make your browser window wider, the content box will expand with it. Or, as suggested above, you can zoom out the view, but that will make everything even smaller. And comparing screenshots, this tweaked page already includes smaller fonts.

Smaller fonts were the first thing I noticed, followed by the wider margins, so when I saw your post I knew it was going to be a result of the same page layout changes.

They've been making these constant tweaks in Seller Hub. I notice most of them because I'm attuned to slight changes like that. Most of them have gone unnoticed by others, except a change to the active listings page a few months ago that resulted in people wondering why they could no longer mark questions as answered. The column width had to be expanded because the tweaks they made with spacing, etc hid the actions down arrow when the action was long in character length.

I'm using firefox too and my feedback symbols were missing too.  I hadn't even noticed, but I only clicked once to reduce the size and they reappeared.  You might try the + symbol too to see if it will get a little larger without making them go off the edge.  I can't detect much difference in the size now but they are back.

I'm seeing across multiple browsers, multiple accounts. I don't think there's any escaping it.

Use the Comments link at the top of the page to express your dissatisfaction with the changes.

They also made the quantity column wider because it used to display:

1(5

available)

and now it displays:

1 (5 available)

I think font size might be the same, but initially I thought it was smaller because they changed the vertical spacing. Item title used to have a space between each line of text. Now those lines run together. It's all tiny stuff like that and the changes add up.

But the biggest change was to the margins, tables and the way stuff scrolls. That's why the FB is hidden unless you expand the width of your browser window (or change screen resolution).
