That's where I always print mine from.  I didn't know there was any other place to do so lol

When You click on that it sends you to a different page & you hit print & it sends you back & does not print it.

There are several screens you can print them from & they print differently from different screens.  I print from the Print Shipping Label screen from Orders & I did one a few hours ago & it worked like normal.

Just a tip.

I stopped including packing slips at least 10,000 orders ago and I haven't encountered a single downside to not using them. So if you are just using them out of inertia or something then you can probably drop them completely.

Of course if you use them for employees to pack and pull or something like that then it totally makes sense, but as a 1 man operation I found I had no use for them and haven't had a single customer comment on not getting them.

I agree --i dont use packing slips.

People talk about how they are good for situations where your label becomes unreadable or package is destroyed and they can use the packing slip to find out where to send the contents of the package to... i tape over my labels to keep them "safe" and package my packages extremely securely so you have to try hard to destroy them. Mostly i use poly bags and poly padded envelopes so they are tear/water resistant. Try ripping one open, good luck. Needs scissors!

Also, I just send individual messages to each buyer to thank them for the purchase and promote my store, people use packing slips for promoting themselves and stuff and thanking buyers - most buyers dont look at the slip. Im messaging at time of purchase, it differentiates me a little, free to send the message, and potentially leads to more purchases prior to me shipping the initial order. I like my method better. It works just fine for me! Save trees, save ink, save time & money!
