POLL How many sellers would like to be able to PERSONALIZE their message on the packing slip?

I would like to be able to include MY message instead of  one of the impersonal canned messages they allow us to now use on packing slips.  How about you all?    We used to include our return policy and return address as well as the fact that we use ebay's automated feedback response option, which leaves our customers positive FB as soon as they do so for us.

Create a word document with that company info and print it at the bottom of the page. Print a stack in advance. Any time you need a packing slip- put a sheet of that pre-printed paper into your printer and the eBay info will print at the top with your personalized info at the bottom.

The new packing slip gives you lots of options...you can even include a coupon code if you want.

That's what I was doing before the new Packing Slip came out. But I'm starting to get the impression that a lot of people don't even know it exists, maybe because, for now, it's only available at one place (pretty sure ebay has said it will eventually be the ONLY packing slip available, but they aren't there yet).  

I've posted about it, but I guess it isn't a hot button issue, so it tends to get drowned out here. It has a lot of options you can include or not include. You get to it by going to Seller Hub, then the Orders tab, then go to "Awaiting Shipment" You then go to an item you are prepping for shipment, and use the drop down menu on the left. Choose "Print Packing Slip and More" and follow directions from there.

Looks good! I don't use packing slips and remembered reading that eBay removed the ability to personalize them, so my suggestion was aimed at working around the system. Good to know that's not necessary- I guess eBay added some functionality back to the process.

Great minds think alike....lol

We do the same thing and keep loaded in printer #2.  When I print my packing sheets it has our Logo/info at top and at bottom a 10% coupon for return buyer purchase(s) for up to 30 days and our 'thank you" note at the bottom.  

Every so often I forget and print to Xerox vs the Kyrocera and I have a shipping label with a funky logo!  lol

Another nice thing is, for those who don't use packing slips,  IF you want to include a coupon, you can print a free standing coupon to insert.
