***PLEASE HELP**** Buyer purchased listing that already sold?!?!?

I just got on here and freaked out, because a bag we sold earlier this week as a BIN was purchased again. I thought I was having crazy deja vu for a second until I looked and saw that, yes, it had already sold. When I click on the listing on the new sale, it shows the original winner's username on it and the same item number, so I am positive it is the same exact listing. What do I do? I know the new buyer will be angry and that Ebay will give me a defect if I cancel, but this is clearly a site issue. Any advice?

The most likely thing that I can think of is, perhaps, you inadvertently showed more than 1 available. You may want to check to make sure that the listing isn't still on your Active Listings page.

I looked, and it showed the quantity as 1 in my Auctiva listing, and the listing is only showing up as posting once. The Ebay listing was still up, though, with the original winner's name still! IDK what is going on. I ended it "early" on Auctiva, so hopefully it won't be purchased a third time...
