Is there a way to see how long an item has been out of stock (not just that it is out of stock)? I would like to prune off anything that has been listed OOS for 2 weeks or more.

Click the listing, and then click View Purchase History. You'll see the last time you sold one of that item.

What if I haven't sold one? Its updated through shopify inventory managment.
