Multiple Quantity Discount Erroreres!!!

I have set up multiple quantity orders:

2 or more 20% off EACH

3 or more 25% off EACH 

4 or more 30% off EACH 

Regular price is $9 for ONE each.

But when trying to purchase...

I get 2 for $8.10 each <- That is only 10% OFF EACH!!!

3 or more for $7.65/ea Which is 15% off???

And I get NO option for purchasing 4 each even thou I have 19 available!!!

I did not just set this listing up yesterday or last week, it has been up for years.

Yes literally, years.
