Ordering wrong item for their application then wanting to return.

Who else has had people order something and then say it's the wrong item, doesn't fit, etc. and then want to return it for a refund?  I've been getting that lately.  Who on earth would order something without first making sure it's the item they need?  It's like randomly ordering something without even checking to see if it fits or not.  Are there really people out there that do that?  Apparently so.

It happens more than it should. The one that gets me is when they reply back to us and say

"I thought it would fit" and the description is not even close to what it actually fits and yet buy it.

Now that the big A company is making Buyers pay for returns eBay should start doing that.

I do not mind normal did not fit returns, the ones that get me are a nad return and the only thing I did wrong is send the buyer exactly what they ordered instead of what they needed.

@june_elizabeth1971

Buyers have a 30 day money back guarantee for what ever reason.  Grant it, many abuse the system but that's the way it is.  eBay is all about the buyer.  Accept the return and when you get it back refund the buyer.

I have no problem refunding the money once I receive the part back.  I will however, not refund any shipping costs.  I also purchase alot of items on eBay and sometimes I've ordered the wrong part.  When I do that and it's my fault, I just eat it and never ask for a refund.
