Order with a Competitor

Do you ever order from a Competitor?  Someone who consistently under-prices your listings and clearly spends more on promoted listings as they are always the top choice of every thread?

We did.  The pricing was well under ours - too good to pass up.  Wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

Shooting star Seller - and it arrived today - 4 days from date of order on Sun AM/3 ship days.  

Totally wowed.  Packed exceptionally well, free gift, monogrammed tissue paper and labels and coupon card for 25% off next order.  Little handwritten note on packing slip.  

Dang.  Their FB is over 1080 new for June.  

Dang.  No wonder - no way can we touch their pricing and give 25% off another order.

Very Good Point !!  I'm on a semi-voluntary selling hiatus right now, and hope, by October or so, to continue to sell coins I inherited about a year ago.  (I sell using a different ID.)  I can keep those safe from dust and bright sunlight and weather for years if necessary!

Only really noticed them once our ornament sales went off a cliff.  So not sure.  Since March - no idea, if before.

We bought out a store in 2019.  Lots of stores have failed since.  They easily could have bought out many at their size.  Hallmark has closed many B&M stores due to the pandemic I would imagine.
