First, try just going to your Purchase History and check on the status of the order: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

If you still need help, reach out to your seller.

If they don't or can't help, try these:

You can click the Help & Contact link and drill down to your issue, then begin a chat and type "Agent", or request a callback if that's offered.

Does Facebook have order numbers in the same format as Ebay does?  The OP's is in the proper format for Ebay order numbers.  Just curious.
