A few questions...Are you the buyer or the seller?

 How long has it been so far?

Are you drop shipping from China?

It looks like your time frame for shipping is 2-6 weeks max.

Your question is a bit light on details; however, assuming you are a buyer and your package is overdue by a day or two, you open an item not received case.  If that's not the issue, you need to return here and give all the details you can possibly offer.
