time different then auction ending?

it shows 3 hours left on auction but the time the auction is supposed to end is say 45mins. example auctions ends 3h 23 min then it say 1:18 today my time is now 1;06 which do I believe?

Can no longer edit promoted listings

The option to edit an existing promoted listing has disappeared. The only options i see available areGenerate listing reportPauseEnd There used to be an option to edit so i could add new items that were currently not promoted.
