When viewing an order's details, and choose the More Actions button, the menu appears behind the search long oval (see image below). Some items on the menu work if you can see them, but the "Print packing slip and more" does nothing. Help.
I cleared cache, cookies, etc. Same. I tried Firefox and Chrome. Same.

Hi @pgh_pen . Instead of accessing actions from the order details page, do it from the orders page here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Are you on mobile web (browser on tablet/phone) or classic web (browser on laptop/desktop)? Looks like that screenshot might be from mobile web?

Same for me. I can't fix your problem, but I can offer workarounds.
You can zoom in and out in your browser to change the screen resolution until the menu appears below instead of above (in Chrome, "CTRL" + "-" and "CTRL" + "+").
You can view the listing in the Seller Hub and use the menu next to the transaction there.

This workaround allowed me to complete the tasks at hand. Thanks.
However, eBay should fix the problem I posted about.

OK I thought maybe mobile web since everything looked larger. In that case @luckythewinner provided another option. Using Ctrl and - to zoom out your browser's view. When you're zoomed in too large displays get wonky, buttons can disappear, and as shown - menus can get hidden.
Ctrl and + to zoom in
Ctrl and - to zoom out
Ctrl and 0 to reset

Thank you, this workaround also worked, I had to zoom way out, then the "packing slip and more" finally worked.
However, eBay should still fix this error so that the menu choices work no matter what zoom factor is being used.

I've seen that problem for a while now. Basically the coding of their pulldown menu options doesn't align properly with the hotspot that is supposed to detect when you clicked on that option. That is, the area in which you click to select an option does not appear to be centered over the option text itself, but instead is off to one side or another.
For example, I've noticed that if I try to select the Message Buyer option, which is a little further down on the Actions menu, my first attempt at clicking on it will instead cause the entire menu to jump out of position instead (usually upward). A second attempt at clicking on it will usually work; the first attempt will usually not.
There's similar weirdness in the pulldown menus for setting a scheduled start date for a new listing. After you open the pulldown menu for the starting Hour and select a value there, the entire listing form bounces upward, forcing you to scroll back up to find the Minute and AM/PM fields. (I'm using the Chrome browser on a Windows 10 box, with all updates applied.)
Unfortunately these problems are too minor for eBay to bother fixing, it seems, as I have seen these errors for as long as I can remember.

I have a bit of an update here: I am no longer seeing the upward bounce described above, when selecting the Hour value for the Scheduled Start Time. I don't know if that's due to a coding correction by eBay or some kind of HTML update in the latest Chrome release, but in any event, that glitch seems to be gone now.
The original problem of trying to select options out of the Actions pulldown menu seems to be unchanged.

Hey Yinz.
I've noticed recently that all kinds of changes are happening to appease the users on their "not so smart" devices. The IT staff that does things for them disregards how those changes affect us - COMPUTER users. I put as much profit into their pockets as the next guy and am totaling getting fed up with their arrogance and apathy.
Looking for alternatives,

So we HAVE to put up with their "errors" (as you call them). I say that every change made should be tested thoroughly by their "Quality Control" (LOL) staff before it is released to the public.
Plus, how does it feel that we, who put dollars into their pockets, have to put up with inferior software? How does it feel that we, as sellers, can't express OUR ideas of software improvements?
I have to start looking for alternative methods of selling or just quit altogether. This is just too frustrating.
