Order Cancellations

Buyer bought an item that was for pickup only so I changed to to shipping for that person so I went through the cancellation process and reposted the item for the buyer to repurchase and someone bought it so had to cancel that one as well and got the original buyer all set and getting ready to be shipped out but had a question regarding available fund being negative. Would it all be squared away after the refunds went through and why do I have money processing if it was canceled

When you cancel a transaction that has been paid for because the buyer asked you to, you will get your FVFs refunded to you when you refund your buyer.

You are however a new seller and there are extra rules that apply to you while you get your feet wet selling here.

Ebay has had a rule for many years that pertains to New Seller and sellers that have been away from selling for 90+ days. The following is the policy that outlines why you money is likely on hold.

I always encourage new seller to at the very least learn the basic rules BEFORE starting to sell.  It can save you a lot of grief and even money.
