Order Cancellation

Good day to you.

When buyer ask to cancel the order by a message, can we cancel the order.

Or other wise do we need to request from buyer,  to send us a "order cancellation request"

Yes, just cancel as buyer requested.

Yes, SELLER can go to ORDERS and click "down arrow" and select CANCEL ORDER.
