Option to block USA only from buying?

They stopped accepting packages from my country to USA due to the quarantine. I don't see an option to block USA only from buying and I don't want to stop all my listings... So I decided to raise the shipping cost to USA only and added a note in my listings. But now I receive many angry complaints from USA customers about the high shipping cost... What can I do? Any advise is appreciated. Thank you.

If your items are showing up on the US site, I don't see how you can block US sellers.

C'mon $150 shipping for $10 item?  It is insulting that is why some people got angry.

Nobody in right mind is going to buy at this shipping rate so why don't you adjust your business strategy  to the current situation that could serve in foreseen  future as well:

1. Establish warehouse in States and ship from there

2. List on another Ebay where you can block US from shipping

If you are using  ebay . com, then I'd have to say I agree with the above.  Doesn't look like you can block the US from the . com site.

Why don't you just have a copy & paste answer ready for anyone who writes to you about the high shipping cost? Something like, "Sorry due to the current pandemic I an temporarily unable to ship to the US."

Every Ebay is like that: shipping to it's country can not be blocked even if you block region or continent

There are many countries restricting both incoming & outgoing shipping because of the pandemic.  I believe that eBay is trying to keep up with such things and adding those countries to seller's do not ship to preferences.  Alas!  The worldwide pandemic has played hell with world trade I'm afraid.

- But this is my goal - nobody from USA not to buy until sending packages will be possible again. The customers from the rest of the world continue to buy at my normal shipping rates. Many people from Europe and Asia prefer to buy from ebay.com for some reason...

- I believe that the logistic problems with the canceled flights around the world is the main reason for the overseas trade hell... Many countries was restricting only packages with personal sign confirmation. I didn't have other problems with my small packages. Thankfully this is not a problem anymore for EU and many other counties. So, it appears that I have to keep with the high shipping cost nonsense and hope that ebay will not close my account on .com until everything is back to normal in North America too...

If you are listing on the US site, you cannot block the US. Same goes for any of the other Ebay sites - you cannot block the host country.  If you list on ebay.co.uk, you cannot block the UK. If you list on ebay.de, you cannot block Germany, etc.
