The space wasting scroll happy Techs are at it again ... just got dumped in to the New Sold page and there is 1) no Tell us what you think link so I can expound on how ridiculous it is and 2) no Go back to Classic view link to get out of it .... I tried going back to the old format URL to no avail.
This is just simply stupid how they keep wasting space and time of course with all the scrolling and I bet you I will find it is missing some key item that the old format had ... I am so ticked right now, I was checking to see what item sold and BANG ... new page ... did not even bother seeing what sold, this kind of thing really takes the fun out of it that's for sure.
I need a 52" flat screen and 25% resolution on this new format to see what I used to see on my 17.4 laptop screen at 125% ... I see part of one sold item and previously numerous sold items on one page ... who in their right mind is doing this? Take those stinking Crayons away from the designers and give them their slide rules back.
Does ANYONE know how to get back to the Classic view on the Sold Page??? I hate every one of these new page wasting formats they come up with ... hope I am around for The Weekly Chat tomorrow (but knowing them it will nto be General Topics so they don't have to put up with a bunch of us pointing out another bonehead page design ... sorry, but I am torqued and trying to keep this as level headed as possible but am excercising some real restraint here ... )

Wrong, if a jetliner were designed like the new eBay page you could board the plane at the rear door at La Guardia in New York and deplane out the front door in Philadelphia International Airport ... and never have to take off ... but its a long walk up the isle ...

And I totally agree with you.... The scrolling is good for me because it is saving me a headache as I don't have to figure out how to deal with "sold items" FOR NOW.
This does not change the fact that the "sold items" new format form (with link on the left) is RIDICULOUS, USELESS beyond comprehension, and should have been already removed and replaced.
I also do not care about the LOOK of the page as long as I can read it easily, and it is compact with all I need on one page... All I care for is FUNCTIONALITY and SIMPLICITY.
Polka dots... Hmm 🐵

@vivabeAgree 100% ... key points as many have posted:
1. Simplicity required
2. Functionality required
3. Compact layout of important info required
4. Move wasted space to the gutters, there's nothing in them on the new layout
5. Background pink polka dots ... okay, maybe something neutral would be better LOL
6. Give Sellers to option to Opt out completely

The new sold page is absolutely the worst page Ebay has stuck us with yet. I thought the new print shipping label was really bad but this page is a hundred time worse and requires so many more steps if you want to combine shipping that it is ridiculous. If it ain't broke don't fix it. There was nothing wrong with the old page and it worked and gave more information then the new page. GET RID OF IT OR PUT AN OPT OUT BUTTON ON IT.

@Anonymous Good evening Trinton, I am looping you in to this thread to report another deficiency to the new Sold page since I can not post on the Weekly Chat under the same subject (that thread is locked as usual). Space is wasted by adding the blue Print label button ABOVE the Sold item opposed to on the same line like the old format. Additionally, an item that is waiting for payment visually appears to be a multiple order with the item right above it (see pic below) Because it lacks the Blue print button line. Very very deceiving. The thin lines between items needs to be darker, I can barely see it but I have a color deficiency and and have trouble seeing and telling the difference between pastel shades or colors ... so the faint lines used are really hard for me personally to see, make them darker please.
On this page I scrolled down once so I could see 4 items ... the old page I could see 9 ... they really need to compress the height of each sold item so more can be viewed per page.
I'll get this feedback over to the team. Thanks, @mr_lincoln!

At least you can get to that page -- I keep getting an error message if I try to go anywhere from MY Ebay so I don't know if have have anything sold, any questions, or any bids, I'm going to try to backdoor from another id and see if that helps. But I have been getting this new page on and off and it is impossible to work with unless you have just sold one item per day.

I think a lot of this has to do with making the pages mobile friendly for the folks who sell on here using ONLY phones to conduct their ebay business........ actually its quite scary the amount of customers I have that don't possess lap tops anymore!
I think it should be a choice if you want to stick with the classic pages or use the new layouts.
2 of my suppliers websites have updated to 'mobile friendly' sites and what a mess they now are. I hate ordering stock from a cell phone on a piddling app but they ruined the fully functioning computer based ordering site or just deleted it and I see the same mess happening here.
Luckily i have got back the classic view of selling and sold pages so i am ok for now.
Mobile friendly is my guess and i'm sticking with that opinion :0)

If you HAVE the new sold page, but you can get to the classic all-selling page, then no scrolling is necessary if you save the all-selling page as "Sell", and then modify by moving sold items to the top, and then save that as "sold".

Everything these days is being dumbed down to stupid phones, none of which ever work correctly. Around here the voice sound on any cell phone is still terrible, callers sound like they are in the bottom of a well.
As far as I'm concerned, a phone is nothing but a gimmicky over-priced toy. Maybe the fad will end some day if the younger people ever decide they want quality.

You are absolutely right as well as for touch screen laptops ... however, other sites know what device is accessing their site and the interface portal adjusts accordingly ... online banking is a good example. The app goes in one way and the computer-laptop another. That's the part eBay misses ...
