My sales have decreased significantly in the last 3 weeks so I had my husband check on his eBay app into my store and if he hit buy it now for an item it says oops, something went wrong with an otherwise blank screen. How can I fix this? Please!

Admittedly just a guess but:
Is your account and his account from the same address? eBay considers those linked accounts. It may be that eBay won't let you "buy" your own item.
The OP didn't say her husband was trying to "buy" anything from her. He was trying to look at her listings in her store. That is allowed. My husband, my kids etc. can see my listings anytime they want to.
Well actually the OP said
if he hit buy it now for an item it says oops, something went wrong with an otherwise blank screen.
So as far as the computer was concerned he was trying to buy something.
The OP later said":
It was only to put in a cart basically to see if there was a glitch
Buy It Now and Add To Cart are two entirely different buttons and actions. But to a computer it still looks like an attempt to buy.

I see your listings just fine. Sometimes that pesky message shows up if Ebay is doing some work on anything that affects whatever it is you are trying to look at, at the time. Usually it goes away if you just refresh your screen. If it doesn't, give it a little time and try again. But I do see your BEAUTIFUL items just fine.

You can't fix transient issues on eBay's website.
It works just fine for me; I was able to click Buy It Now and add your items to my cart and proceed to checkout.
IMHO you should look else where for the cause of your decrease in sales.

I hate to say it but there is a chance you could get booted from selling on Ebay. You cannot have husbands; family members, or friends buy your stuff. Hopefully the IP will not get flagged.

It was only to put in a cart basically to see if there was a glitch He wasn’t going to actually buy them

SLOW THIS ROLL. The OP said NOTHING about having her husband purchase a darn thing. Another poster made that ASSUMPTION when all the OP did was ask her husband to look and see if he could SEE her listings.
You are convicting her of something SHE DID NOT DO. Some are being VERY JUDGEMENTAL about something you have NO PROOF she did. That is simply ridiculous to ASSUME such a thing.
You want to tell me that any of you have never had someone in your family look at your listings to tell you what they see????!!!!!????

Slow the role and think about it. The OP would never have gotten the message if he did not hit the BIN button. And you have no proof the husband did not attempt to BIN. The OP backtracked. Not only that I was just warning he OP of the outcome if such a thing ever happened. NO, I have never had others look at any of my listings. No need to I can see them myself.

That simply is not true. The OP has said the husband did not try to purchase the item. And adding it to his cart, while not allowed would have or should have generated a different error message complete with something like this.
