Oops, something went wrong on but it now page

My sales have decreased significantly in the last 3 weeks so I had my husband check on his eBay app into my store and if he hit buy it now for an item it says oops, something went wrong with an otherwise blank screen.  How can I fix this? Please!

I completely understood what you were trying to accomplish.  Over the years I've had sales stop oddly from time to time.  I have asked friends to go and see if they can see my listings too.  Just to see if there was a visibility problem.  While your husband would never have been allowed to purchase one of your items but I'm confident that is not what he was trying to do.  He was just trying to see if everything was working for you.

Further I don't believe you or your husband were trying to do anything against Ebay rules or underhanded in any way.  Simply an honest mistake.  My memory just isn't good enough anymore to count how many times in my life I've made an honest mistake.

In the end, the warning does nothing to hurt you or your husband or your accounts.
