Only 8 pictures available says up to 12...HOW

What is the secret.  I can only put 8 pictures in a listing, but says 12 can be done...just how?

Are you using the mobile app?

I have never had any issues adding 12 pictures, but I only use Firefox on PC.

I use Desktop Firefox and still can only put 8 pictures in a listing. CS was not helpful in this matter. Still looking for a way to use 12.

try refreshing the page or clearing cache ..........seems like I had it once and one of those  changed it back to the 12.......

I'm having the exact same problem now for a few days. It still says I can upload 12 images but now there are only 8 options to do so? Really weird.

I finally figured out that if I reduce the page size to 50% I can add all 12 pictures, however it is so small I almost can't see which ones have been posted. Soooo I have decided 8 is enough.

using Firefox, if the zoom goes above 120%, then stuff like this seems to be a problem........at 110%, it's fine........

You are right on both counts: it does work and it is a pain.

hit control and the minus key at the same time and you'll shrink the page enough to give you the 12 picture option. you should just have to do it once, that's usually enough, if not shrink your page once more. gl.
