There is no solution. This is a feature that eBay implements. There's no way to work around it. Its' eBay's platform, they make the rules & apply the feature.
You're very welcome. You're located in Greece. Your page that you inserted if very different from the one's here in the US and there may be different rules & features that may apply in your country that are different than here in the US. My suggestion would be to post your question on the eBay.com/uk boards or eBay.com/de to get more effective & helpful replies.
Hi @ben-ago . Your screen is the same as the one in the US on the .com site and your question was answered above: sellers do not have visibility to buyer IDs on seller initiated offers for privacy reasons. There is nothing to fix and no way around it. You cannot contact those buyers directly.
