Is eBay gonna start “offers to watchers” right now it’s set up to where when you send an offer and you have 3 watchers . it will send it to the last watcher. It be nice if eBay sent all watchers the same offer.

I'm not sure that's the case. How did you arrive upon that conclusion?

Members have the option to block offers from sellers--are you sure it's not a case of one watcher accepting offers and the other two blocking offers?

There are many factors that affect whether eBay will send an offer to an interested buyer or not.

The interested buyer may have opted out of getting offers
The interested buyer must not have received an offer on that listing before
eBay limits how many/how often any buyer receives unsolicited offers

And don't forget that watchers are not the only "interested buyers" who can receive offers from sellers.

That aside ...

I have never heard anyone suggest that eBay only sends offer to the "last watcher". Where did you get that information?

No , because when I go to “offers sent “ or offers in progress the previous watcher do not get the same “offer to buyers”

I just tried again. 3 watcher 1 sent 2 complete it should should 3 offers sent. But I’ll log in from my desktop . Maybe it’s different . Thank you for your response

As others have mentioned, if the buyer received a previous offer or if they have indicated that they don't want offers sent to them, they won't be sent one.

I’m back have been testing to see “offer” just as suspected it only sends the offer to the most resent liker. It should send the offer to all liker?Give everyone a chance because it leaves the others upset

As said by others.........ebay sends offers to those eligible to receive the offers...........not only the most recent........

You can only send an offer to a particular buyer once. So what you are describing, that is happening because you have already sent an offer to the buyers who were watching the item before. You can't send them more offers, not after you have sent them one when they started to watch the item.
