eBay is not letting me accept offers? I accepted nothing? Counter nothing? Is there a glitch?

I just posted about this too.  I am trying to accept a counter offer and I get this.... There is an issue processing your request in red w/ a big exclamation mark.

Thursday’s used to be the day eBay did it’s update.  Maybe they are updating that tonight. 

Keep trying. Maybe switch browsers for a minute. 
Hopefully it will be a short lived glitch.

I had the same error about 'an issue processing your request' when accepting an offer,  here's what fixed it - in eBay, go to 'My eBay', then go to 'Account', and then under 'Payment Information' click on 'Payments', which will ask you to sign in. After signing in to eBay Payments go to the eBay item and accept the offer.
