Offers to Watchers Not Working?

Anyone else having issues with sending offers? Under tasks on my seller hug it would give me a blue number of the amount of offers that I could send to watchers. It has worked for years for me. I click on them, choose a % off and hit send. No issues until now. I click on them and it then tells me I have no listings eligible to send offers, even after my dashboard said there was. Anyone else having this problem? Just started doing this today after years of working flawlessly.

I see that every once in awhile. Say I have 3 items that I can issue offers to buyers,  perhaps one of them bails out as you describe.

Maybe. But this has never happened to me before were I get the red error message. All my offers today (say about 35) have had errors.

Never had more than one or maybe two pull that error and disallow offers. 

I keep up with them on a daily basis.  Hit sales on 2 out of the last 3. Far above my average.

its a normal thing, someone was watching your item, and they stopped watching it.. not a big thing.. I see it every day on my site.. but i have hundreds of people watching things, so i see it alot.

I believe that ebay rules require a minimum 5% discount to send an offer to a watcher.

I've started having this problem also. I was wondering how you resolved it? Where it should say "send offer" it says "edit". So after editing the item I'm able to send offer. Weird and annoying. Wouldn't mind returning to the correct button without jumping through hoops. I don't have much hope that anybody knows to fix to this problem besides a miracle.

They've changed the order of the drop downs, I've noticed it too.  Rather than clicking the Drop Down, just click the Action button of Send Offer to the immediate left of the drop down arrow.

No Problem on our end I believe the minimum price discount might be the issue, For sure You will have no issues taking off anything from 10 percent to 99 percent, for some reason they won't allow anything below the 5 percent level unless your Chinese sellers, they seem to be able to take it to almost nothing off and send ridiculous percentage off offers

Not sure what you mean.  I'm not having any problem.  There has been a change to the screen in the last few days & I am explaining to fishling how to access it now, since the screen changed.
