Why do my items keep getting offers from buyers with 0 feedback?? And the offers are the same price as the "buy it now price. Is this some sort of scam??

Probably could lead to a scam. Instead of just buying it, they are trying to initiate a conversation or contact with you. If they then ask you to "text" them, this is the start of the scam. It leads to you ultimately receiving a text that says you have been paid and it is ok to mail the item hoping you fall for it, when in fact you actually haven't been paid.

its definitely a scam

they want to get your phone number and start texting

just say no to gift cards and phone contact

learn to look in seller hub for payments.....its not going to get hacked

never ever send an item to anywhere but the seller hub address

Almost always - scam. 

Just decline with a message:

If you want to buy for this price - proceed to purchase the item.

Or simply decline.

Blocking them is a waste of time as new accounts will pop up.

Yes, they're scams. They offer instead of buying to avoid the Immediate Payment requirement. They would then try to get your email address to send you a fake email telling you that you've been paid, but you won't see the funds until you provide proof of shipping.

Just ignore them.

I keep getting the same offers, very generous ones too and just throws up another red flag to add on to the "0" feedback associated with their account.

I never respond even though sometimes they try 2-3 times.

You are new to selling.  This ID (don't know why your feedback is not showing here) is going to be a scam magnet for some time.  It is recommended that you use the fixed price (Buy it Now) format with immediate payment required, and dispense with the 'make offer' feature for a while.  This will get rid of a good portion of the 'text me' scammers because they don't want to PAY for something to begin the scamming process.
