Restricted, but no help?

My account was restricted, over tracking, but I contacted them and got the same email back 4 times and then the last one was that I was suspended permanently? And it’s final? Got hung up every time I’ve called eBay, no help, and was told I did nothing wrong.

You sold intangible items (game codes) which is against eBay policy.

It’s also against the Activision (the editors of COD) terms of service to sell in game items so you got nailed at least twice there.

You also refused to ship items to buyers who had won auctions for your starting price. That got you defects as well.

Your account is toast.

It looks more like you cancelled 2 sales, got two bad feedback remarks concerning and perhaps are selling items that may or may not have been authentic.  Not to mention your replies to your feedback were inappropriate. In any case, that's not a good sign. Cancelling sales because you didn't get the money you thought you should receive for the item is a quick trip off of Ebay.  For good.
