Hi 

I received an offer for an item that I have for sale and I missed the time frame as it only had 3 hours to go. I’m not a hold my phone type of person. How can I contact that person to let them know I except their offer?

If the offer expired then there's no way to accept the offer or contact the buyer as buyers IDs are masked in offers.

I disagree with this answer.......while you can no longer accept their offer, there is a way to contact the buyer.  I just checked an original offer MESSAGE (in Seller Hub) and the buyer's ID was there......  You could click on their feedback # and use the "contact" member there.......  tell them that you have lowered the price on the item to what they offered and give the URL for the item.......

I stand corrected. I guess I was stuck on offers the seller sends buyers.  Thank you.

@ebooksdiva   We ALL learn here.......I sure learned about it from someone else and glad I could pass it along.......and now you will do the same thing..... that's what's great about this board..to me.
